Alhamdulillah, finally I got the visa after 14 days. The day I got the mail from the embassy about the visa decision was the most stressful day for me in the recent years. As I didn’t have the block account confirmation with me at the time of interview, visa officer gave me missing document list. In the missing document list, it was mentioned that if I failed to submit the missing document within 15th January, my application will not be considered for further processing.
Interestingly, I got the mail from the embassy at 16th January. Although I submitted the block account confirmation on 7th January, I was so sure that something gone horribly wrong. I was thinking most probably they lost my block account confirmation and surely I am getting the rejection. Even though I was pretty relaxed after the Interview, getting the mail from embassy changed everything. That night was one of the longest nights of my life. I couldn’t sleep at all, all the times I was thinking about the domino effect of rejection. Finally, when I got the visa, it was sheer relief for me.
