বিজ্ঞপ্তি
বাংলাদেশ দূতাবাস, বার্লিন -এর চ্যান্সারী ভবন/ অফিস ভবন নতুন জায়গায় স্থানান্তরের প্রক্রিয়া চলছে। এমতাবস্থায় সকল প্রকার কনস্যুলার সেবা (ভিসা, হাতে লেখা পাসপোর্ট এবং অন্যান্য সেবা) প্রদান পূর্বের মতই চলমান রয়েছে, তবে নিম্নে বর্ণিত পদ্ধতিতে:
ক) পোস্টাল মেইল আদান ও প্রদান কার্যক্রম সম্পূর্ণভাবে চালু রয়েছে অর্থাৎ পোস্টাল মেইল -এর মাধ্যমে পূর্বেরমতই সকল প্রকার কনস্যুলার সেবা গ্রহন করা যাবে। কনস্যুলার সেবা পেতে অনুগ্রহ করে সকল প্রকার পেপার ডকুমেন্ট অন্তবর্তিকালীন দূতাবাসের ঠিকানা: Embassy of Bangladesh, Wernerstrasse 11A, 14109 Berlin তে পাঠানোর জন্য সবিনয় অনুরোধ জানানো যাচ্ছে। সরাসরি কনস্যুলার সেবা প্রদানের ঠিকানা পরবর্তী সপ্তাহে ঘোষণা করা হবে।
খ) দূতাবাসের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে বা কোন বিষয়ে জানতে [email protected] তে ই-মেইল করার জন্য সবিনয় অনুরোধ জানানো যাচ্ছে। ই-মেইল করার পরবর্তী কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিপ্লাই না পেলে বা জরুরী প্রয়োজনে দূতাবাসের সাথে যোগাযোগ করার জন্য মোবাইল নম্বর ০১৭৬ ২৮৬২৫৯১০ এ যোগাযোগ করা যেতে পারে।
গ) মেশিন রিডেবল পাসপোর্ট (এমআরপি) -এর আবেদন সম্পূর্ণ করতে বায়োমেট্রিক তথ্য প্রদানের জন্য দূতাবাসে এ্যাপয়ন্টমেন্ট প্রদান প্রক্রিয়া নতুন দূতাবাস ভবনে টেলিকম কর্তৃক SDSL data lines সংযোগ প্রদান (প্রায় ৪-৬ সপ্তাহ) করা মাত্রই শুরু করা হবে। এমআরপি-এর জন্য মোবাইল কনস্যুলার সার্ভিস প্রদানের স্থান ও তারিখ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত হওয়া মাত্রই ওয়েবসাইটে ঘোষণা করা হবে।
Relocation of Embassy and consular services [31 January 2016]
The Embassy is being relocated to a new building. In the interim period all consular services (visa, manual passport, attestation and other services) will remain uninterrupted, but in the following modalities:
a. Mail-in and mail-out services are fully functional. Please send your paper documents to by postal mail to interim Embassy address: Embassy of Bangladesh, Wernerstrasse 11A, 14109 Berlin. Physical location of in-person services will be announced next week.
b. The preferred mode of contact with the Embassy is by email to [email protected]. If you do not receive a reply by the end of the next working day, please call 0176 28625910.
c. The appointment for bio-metric enrollment of MRP services will also be available as soon as Telekom services can provide SDSL data lines (about 4-6 weeks). Exact place, date and dates of mobile consular service will be announced in the website immediately upon confirmation.
