জার্মানে আসার পর প্রথম যে কাজ গুলো করতে হয় তার মধ্যে হেলথ ইনস্যুরেন্স অন্যতম। এটা ছাড়া ভার্সিটি তে ভর্তি হতে শুরু করে ব্লক একাউন্ট এক্টিভেসন কোন টাই সম্ভব না। ডয়েচ ল্যান্ডে আসার পর যাদের পরিচিত ভাই ব্রাদার আছে তাদের নিয়ে প্রথমে এই কাজ টাই করে ফেলে, যাদের নাই তারা হয়তো একটু ঝামেলা পোহাতে হয়।

ভূমিকা অনেক দিলাম , আসল কথা হোল, ভাই ব্রাদার দের সাথে শলা পরামর্শ করে আমি টি কে তে ইন্সুরেঞ্চ করি, পরবর্তীতে আমার হুকশুলে তে টি কে এডভাইজর এর সাথে কথা হয়, সেখানে আমি তাকে প্রাথমিক ভোগান্তির কথা শেয়ার করি, ও সব শুনে বলল তোমাকে আমি একটা মেইল দিবো, ওয়েট কর। আমি নিচে সেই মেইল টা পেস্ট করে দিলাম যেটার সারমর্ম হলো, স্টুডেন্ট রা বাংলাদেশ থেকেই চাইলে টি কে তে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে পারবে, পরবর্তীতে ঐ রেজিস্ট্রেশন দিয়েই সে ভার্সিটি তে এন্রোল করতে পারবে। ভার্সিটি তে ভর্তি হওয়ার পর নতুন জায়গায় থিতু হয়ে বাকি কাজ সব করতে পারবে। যারা মনে করেন তাদের কাজে লাগবে, তারা এপ্লিকেশন ফর্ম গুলো ফিল আপ করে তারে মেইল দেন। বা কোন প্রশ্ন থাকলেও করতে পারেন। তবে ম্যাচুয়োর লেভেল বঝায় রাখবেন দয়া করে। ফর্ম লিঙ্ক https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B8xysOsGfw8dUmJoanFiZUVQNDA?usp=sharing

বি। দ্র ঃ জার্মানিতে আমি খুব বেশিদিন না, ইনস্যুরেন্স এর ব্যাপারেও খুব একটা আইডিয়া নাই, সো এক্সপার্ট রা যদি মনে করেন এখানে কোন কিন্তু আছে, শেয়ার করবেন প্লিজ। আমি জাস্ট নিজের জানা টুকু বাকিদের সাথে শেয়ার করলাম।

the name “Techniker Krankenkasse”  indicates, we used to be the halth insurance fund for German engineers, technicians and academics.

When you come from a foreign country to Germany everything is new and seems not so easy. For the part of the health insurance and your enrollment at university I can support you at least.

To become enroll in Germany at a university you need a public health insurance. I send you attached an information sheet about the benefits of TK and an application form.

If you want to join TK, you can fill the application of membership and send it back to me via email.

After this, you receive from me the document for the enrollment you need at the university. I will send this via email to you , so that you can print it and go directly for the enrollment.

If you don’t have a adress in germany yet it is enough for the moment when you fill out the following fields:

– last / first name

– date of Birth

– last name of birth

– place and contry of birth

– nationality

– university

– speciality

– I have already studied _____ semester ( Number of semesters ) in your  home country ( Bachelor )

– email adress

–  signature

– bank account if you know

In the future, I will be your contact person by TK. I will take care of all that paperwork to do with you health insurance so you can concentrate on your studies. Further on I will take care that you receive all your correspondence in english.
