                    Das solltest du mitbringen:

                    • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
                    • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Position, in der du die oben genannten Fachkompetenzen erworben hast.
                    • Scrum oder andere agile Softwareentwicklungsprozesse sollten dir aus eigener Anschauung vertraut sein.
                    • Das Lösen interessanter und herausfordernder Probleme in einer komplexen Umgebung liegt dir, ebenso wie die Steigerung der Wartbarkeit und Stabilität des Gesamtproduktes durch Refactorings.
                    • Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, sowie ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz.
                    • Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
                    • Der Umgang mit Bildbearbeitungs-Tools wie zB Sketch oder Photoshop wäre günstig, steht aber nicht im Vordergrund.
